MetoKote Huber Heights was established in 1994. Serving over 60+ customers around the greater Dayton area and across the US, the Huber Heights facility has two Electrocoating (E-Coat) monorail systems and one Wet Paint line. Located near the intersection of I-70 and I-75 at State Route 235, this facility is conveniently located for easy drop off of parts from the north, south, east and west. This plant has been ISO/TS16949 registered since 2004 and offers the highest level of quality and meets most OEM domestic and transplant automotive and truck industry standards and specifications. In addition, Huber Heights is number one when it comes to specially designed packaging and labeling for domestic and overseas shipments.

Modern plant:

  • Covering 96,000 square feet with 18 shipping and receiving docks

Capabilities:

  • One Wet Paint system for drive shafts
  • Two complete Electrocoating (E-coat) systems
  • All systems are built to accommodate large volume requirements with part size variations from small assembly brackets to large automotive hoods
  • Around the clock shipping/receiving and operating hours
  • In-house reclamation process with grit blasting capabilities

Environmentally Friendly:

  • Utilize “Heavy Metal Free” cathodic, epoxy electrocoat material with low VOCs and HAPS

  • In-house Corrosion Test Laboratory monitors the performance of the various coatings and processes
  • Fully supported by an A2LA Certified Corporate Performance Test Laboratory
  • On-going team training programs
  • Process Monitoring and Controls (PMC) System - inline sensors monitor and control over 200 coating process parameters

Accountability:

  • Equipped with the MetoKote Inventory Tracking System (MITS), which immediately provides “real time” data on parts being coated
