DeWayne Pinkstaff, President & CEO

MetoKote Corporation has announced that DeWayne Pinkstaff, formerly Vice President, General Purpose Business Group will become the new President & CEO of the company effective July 1, replacing Jim Kight who has spent the past six years serving in that role. In making the announcement, the Board of Directors of MetoKote expressed their appreciation for the leadership and growth of the business that has been directed by Kight. Numerous new market opportunities have been identified and expansions have occurred globally under Kight's leadership. He will remain in a consulting capacity during a period of transition. In making the announcement to employees on Monday, Kight said, "MetoKote is on solid footing. Our succession plan has provided a thoughtful and planned transition that will assure the continued success of the company."

DeWayne Pinkstaff has been a veteran of the manufacturing service industry. He joined MetoKote in 2002 from TRW Corporation where he held numerous roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Operations. He was also employed earlier in his career by Eaton Corporation, where he served in a variety of management positions. This background and his successful leadership during the past four years at MetoKote have positioned him to continue leading the business in providing the exceptional quality, value-added services and on time delivery MetoKote provides to their customers.
