Electrocoating
At MetoKote Cambridge, our monorail electrocoating line features a 36" x 78" x 96" part window - big enough to accommodate most jobs. This line, equipped with a multistage pretreatment system, cleans various types of metals. All e-coat baths utilize lead and chrome-free paint, contain low VOCs and have no HAPS. The features of our monorail line, coupled with our expertise in paint masking techniques and building fixtures, ensure impeccably coated surfaces. Our experienced staff pledges to give you the best quality product at the greatest value.
Powder Coating
Our two powder coating systems have 36" x 66" x 96" part windows with interchangeable color modules for efficient powder changes. Powder spraying is completed in an air conditioned room ensuring that the powder remains constant and contaminant free. With in-line cleaning systems offering zinc phosphate pretreatment, these lines can coat parts quickly.
Zinc Plating
Our zinc line, with a part window of 36" x 78" x 96", has the ability to handle a wide variety of components. The zinc line is the largest in North America utilizing a 65,000 gallon alkaline zinc plating tank. Zinc is often used with e-coat and powder systems providing ultimate corrosion protection.
Light Assembly and Packaging
In addition to protective coatings, we offer our customers the option of light assembly and packaging of their product. Our Cambridge facility can meet your special packaging and part assembly requirements.
Environmental
The state-of-the-art wastewater treatment system assures the plant of compliance with all environmental regulations and is ISO 14001 compliant. MetoKote's trained lab technicians use calibrated laboratory equipment and perform all chemical monitoring functions for the facility.
