Our
Cedar Falls facility operates both liquid
paint and electro-deposition (e-coat) systems.
We care about the environment and know the

Therefore our liquid paint system utilizes high solids material and low cure temperatures
and our e-coat systems have low VOC's and
are HAPS free.
Electrocoating
Our
monorail e-coat systems provide a high quality
epoxy primer. This primer furnishes parts
with excellent chemical and impact resistance
as well as great paint adhesion which is key
to corrosion protection. A team of experienced
technical and production employees and office
staff bring together the know-how and energy
to assure the highest quality product, at
the best possible cost.

monorail liquid paint systems provides a wide
range of colors as well as paint chemistries.
MetoKote and its paint suppliers work closely
together to meet the special needs of our
customers. Whether MetoKote Cedar Falls is

of finished product, MITS keeps a complete
accounting of product to assure quantities
and the ability to meet shipping due dates.
