square foot facility provides a variety
of processing alternatives. We offer pretreatments
that process steel, galvanized surfaces,
iron castings, zinc castings and aluminum.
Three electrocoating systems allow us to process
a wide variety of parts.
Our powder coating systems apply epoxy,
polyester or hybrid coatings in a broad
range of available colors. Our coating services meet major O.E.M. specifications.
Electrocoating
The
e-coat lines have both immersion tanks and
spray chambers for cleaning and pretreatment.
The large e-coat tank contains 16,000 gallons
of the latest generation of electrocoat material.
Powder
Coating
The
powder coat lines have large part windows
and the capability to turn parts quickly.
Our tooling has been engineered to fixture
the various parts for maximum throughput efficiency
and turnaround.
