Modern Plant

Plant consists of 7,435 square meters (26,676. sq. ft.) with 11 shipping and receiving docks.   We can grow with the Saltillo market with the capability to double the size of the plant.

Capabilities
	MetoKote Saltillo/Ramos Arizpe has one electrocoating monorail system and one powder/liquid system, all designed for high volume production coating. Small components to large parts receive superior pretreatment and the latest in corrosion resistant coating. The e-coat line has immersion tanks and spray chambers for cleaning and pretreatment. The large e-coat tank has the latest version of environmentally friendly e-coat material.   High production monorail electrocoat (e-coat), liquid and powder coat systems providing high quality, environmentally friendly coating processes with zero HAPS (Hazardous Air Pollutants), zero heavy metals and low VOC's.   Part envelope:   60" - 1.52 mts. Width   60" - 1.52 mts. Height   13' - 3.96 mts. Length   Multiple stage pretreatment system for e-coat serves most commonly used metals.   JIT capability with MetoKote's exclusive MITS² System (MetoKote Inventory Tracking System)

Electrocoating

Cathodic - high volume e-coat line for lowest cost and maximum corrosion protection.

Powder and Liquid

Acrylic - excellent weathering and UV resistance.   Polyethylene - excellent chip resistance.   Epoxy (low cure) - used for temperature sensitive components, for coating assemblies rather than individual pieces, and for use on machined areas.

Logistics

Eleven dock doors provide efficient trucking and product logistics for unfinished and finished goods. Computerized inventory tracking of products (MetoKote Inventory Tracking System) simplifies and upgrades shipping tasks.

Environmental

The state of the art wastewater treatment system assures the plant of compliance with all environmental regulations.

Quality Assurance

Fully equipped, A2LA Certified Chemical Laboratory and Performance Test Laboratory monitor the performance of the pretreatment and coating processes.   Committed to continuous improvement through MetoKote's Comprehensive Management Systems.
