MetoKote Huber Heights has two Electrocoating (E-coat) monorail systems, of which both are designed for high volume production coating. Small components to large parts receive superior pretreatment and the latest in corrosion resistant coating.
The
E-coat lines have both immersion tanks and
spray chambers for cleaning and pretreatment.
The large E-coat tanks contain over 16,000
gallons of the latest version of environmentally
friendly material.
The
Huber Heights facility is conveniently located
near the inter- section of I-70 and I-75
at State Route 235. This plant is TS16949 registered and ISO14001 compliant, and is
currently meeting most OEM domestic and
transplant automotive and truck industry
standards and specifications.

materials, techniques and substrates. At Huber
Heights, the systems are designed to process
weldments, assemblies, and stamping made of
substrates including steel, cast iron, aluminum
galvanized and galvannealed sheet metal.

dock doors provide efficient trucking and
product logistics for unfinished and finished
goods. Computerized inventory tracking simplifies
and upgrades shipping tasks. The state-of-the-art
waste water treatment system assures the
plant of compliance with all environmental
regulations.
MetoKote
trained lab technicians, using sophisticated
laboratory equipment, perform all necessary
monitoring functions for the facility. Like
all MetoKote facilities, the Huber Heights
plant has the advantage of MetoKote's Equipment
Division. With their help, special fixturing
and equipment can be designed and fabricated
to meet your needs. The Huber Heights facility
can meet any special packing and part assembly
requirements you may have for your project.
