Plant consists of 36,408 sq. ft. of production area with three shipping
and receiving docks, and 3,560 sq. ft. of office area.
Electrocoating Capabilities
Two high production index monorail cathodic electrocoat systems that
provide high quality, environmentally friendly coating processes with
zero HAPS (Hazardous Air Pollutants), no heavy metals and low VOC’s.
Part envelope: 36” W x 48” H x 72” L
Multiple stage pretreatment system for e-coat serves most commonly
used metals.
Capacity of 140,000 sq. ft. painted material daily.
JIT capability with MetoKote’s exclusive MITS System (MetoKote
Inventory Tracking System).
