Electrocoating
At
MetoKote Nashville, we believe in providing
value to our customers and offering a complete
coating process. We have several pretreatment
stages on our e-coat lines for cleaning various
types of metals. We have expertise in paint
masking techniques and in the designing and
building of the necessary racks and fixtures
to ensure a perfectly coated surface. All
e-coat baths are lead free and chrome free
paint and contain zero HAPS and low VOC’s.

Our
powder coat line has the capability to turn
parts quickly. Our tooling has been engineered
to fixture the various parts for maximum throughput

in cutting, deburring, light assembly and
packaging of customer parts. MetoKote’s
Nashville facility processes OEM service parts
such as tailgates, doors, side panels and
hoods for several automotive manufacturers.
