MetoKote Peru, Illinois has two large, monorail electrocoating (e-coat) lines coating a variety of parts in black or yellow epoxy. All parts are cleaned and then pretreated with zinc phosphate and a non-chrome seal, providing a superior substrate for coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Electrocoating
Both e-coat baths are lead and chrome free paint and contain zero HAPS and low VOC's. This combination makes MetoKote Peru's coating process and finished products environmentally advantageous.
The yellow e-coat bath has a part window of 102" x 60" x 60" and can handle parts up to 10,000 lbs. The black epoxy e-coat line can handle parts up to 1200 lbs. with a part window of 36" x 72" x 72".
A team of experienced technical and production employees and office staff bring together the know-how and energy to assure the highest quality product, at the best possible cost.
