 MetoKote San Luis Potosí has one high production index monorail electrocoat line
that provides high quality, environmentally friendly coating processes with zero HAPS
(Hazardous Air Pollutants), no heavy metals and low VOC's.

Multiple stage pretreatment system for e-coat serves most commonly
used metals.
JIT capability with MetoKote's exclusive Inventory Tracking System (MITS2). Provides "real time" data on the status of parts being coated.

Two shipping dock doors and one ramp for small trucks provide efficient trucking and
product logistics for unfinished and finished goods. Computerized inventory tracking
of products simplifies and upgrades shipping tasks.

Plant consists of 21,706 square ft. with 2 shipping and receiving docks and 1 ramp
for small trucks.
